So Precious….
Im a dad of 3 years now, but nothing can explain the new love you find when another child comes into your life. We are one of those couples that waited to know the sex of the baby until birth. Weird yes, but the look on my wife’s face when I told her it was a girl was something I will never forget. I would wait 9 more months of not knowing to see that again. God has blessed us in so many ways. Im amazed when I look at myself… how filthy and sinful I am and then look at this beautiful innocent baby girl that God has entrusted to us to bring up to know HIM. Its the perfect example of grace and mercy. Thank you Jesus for saving us despite who we are, but because of who YOU are. Look out world, Stella Renee is coming for you!

  1. Congratulations Robby !!! she is very precious!! she’a a little one! my first born was 4 lbs. 5 oz.! God Bless you & your family

  2. Beautiful name, beautiful daughter! Congratulations!

I think it’s fun to wait and see what sex your gonna have. We peeked after 3 girls (not my decision) and the DR turned out to be wrong anyway! I can still hear the eruption that took place when a boy was born!

  3. Congratulations! She is just Beautiful!

I too, wanted to wait to see what the sex of my first child was going to be and it was a boy all 9 pounds 8 oz of him.

God bless you guys and be well.

  4. She is so precious! Congratulations! I know exactly what you mean about the new love of a new baby. I’ve been blessed to experience that three times now. We didn’t know what our first was going to be, and hearing “It’s a girl” was one of the best things ever! Again, congratulations!

  5. How well said, Robby. Beautiful baby girl. I, too, waited til birth for the gender. Then I had a general & was groggy when my hubby told me in recovery it was a girl, but I have the pics taken of him holding her & taking her to the nursery. That says it all, too. 22 1/2 years ago & still like yesterday. You & Maggie are blessed & so is she.

  6. what you said really touched my heart Robby, congrats to you and your wife. we elected to not find out also. the second pregnancy, at around the 5th month, i thought the nurse was gonna slip, but all she said was,,,you have two of them in there!! LOL that was 23 1/2 yrs ago.
    love ya’ll

  7. Congratulations Maggie and Robby!!! She is beautiful. Sometimes it is better not to find out, because sometimes the Dr. makes a mistake. My Kristin Nichole turned out to be Matthew Ryan. God bless you and your family.

  8. What a BLESSING!!! I love your post. She is beautiful. Ya’ll did GOOD! My middle name is Renee so that makes it that much better. Blessings to you all. Prayers for a quick recovery and health all around.

  9. Although my baby is now 18 and my other two children are 22 and 26, it seems like yesterday I was waiting to know what God was going to bless me with. I never wanted to know the sex of the baby either, mainly because there are not too many good surprises in life and these were ones that I could wait for. Congradulations on the birth of your wonderful baby girl. Children certainly are a blessing from God.

  10. Robbie and Wife,
Congrats on your new baby girl! :) She is beautiful! And what you wrote reminds me of when I was born. My mom always tells me that she wanted a girl so bad after having 2 boys and when she had me and found I was a girl, she stayed up all night holding me and thanking God for her baby girl! Sounds like you and your wife did the same thing! That is awesome!! :) I love her name too! :)

  11. Sweetest Congratulations to you and your lovely wife. May God’s hand be on your beautiful family.
She’s adorable and I can almost smell that new baby smell!
Little Levi is absolutely adorable too and I’m sure he’s SO very proud of his baby sister.
    God’s blessings!

  12. P.S. we waited also and had one of each. When my daughter was born I cried like a baby, probably harder than her because I was so deeply blessed and didn’t know how bad I wanted a little girl also til I saw her!
Hope you guys enjoy those night time moments also. They become a memory too quickly.

  13. Robby, what a lovely baby girl. Congratulations! I wish soon i could have such a lovely baby. :)
All best Wishes to your family and Mercyme all memebers!
