Portland

Portland, we needed you tonight and you showed up in a big way.  Thanks for singing along and singing loud.  Tonight brought the biggest crowd ready for worship.  You truly saved the show.  Thanks again.

great show…hope you feel better soon, Bart.

It was an honor to sing for you, sir. Truly, an honor. As you said, at our lowest points, even when we don’t have a voice to sing, it is all for His glory. God took your weakness and used it for His wonderful glory, and the church stood united in one voice to sing His praise. Emmanuel, God with us.

I can’t imagine a more wonderful worship service than the Roadshow last night in Portland. Although my heart tug every time you pulled the mike back with a pained look, my eyes were tearing up with love as the family of God sang together to let you know that while your voice was missed, your presence & your message were not. And let’s not forget that the rest of the band was backing up us 14,000 ‘hacks’ with a most glorious sound! Thank you so much for the strength and presence to continue leading us through your songs in the best worship I’ve ever been at. See you next year…

It was absolutely amazing last night. Thank you guys for coming here to Portland. Bart, even though your voice was almost gone, you did amazing! :) I was so touched; when you would turn the mike around, having everyone sing along, it was a beautiful thing to see and hear. It just put the biggest smile on your face, too. I am sorry you lost your voice, Bart. You sounded awesome, singing what you could. :) FEEL BETTER! Did that paint thinner finally work at all for you? HaHa.

Once again, thank you for coming here. Please, come back soon!! Last night was such a beautiful night, I was so touched. It was one of the most uplifting nights and so powerful. The Holy Spirit was definitely in the Rose Garden. I needed last night so badly. And Bart, your message you gave…it was exactly what I needed to hear. So, thank you for that! You guys rocked it! Amazing!

    God bless you guys.
    Much love,
    Alissa

I agree with everyone else, last night was truly amazing! It is like nothing else I have ever experienced, 10,000+ people all in one place for a big worship service. I can’t wait for you guys to come back next year!

Bart – it so tugged my heart to see your smile when everyone was singing to help you. Thank you for being such a joyful, inspiration to many. Such and awesome sight to see so many in one place worshipping our Lord and Saviour. Talk about a blessing! Praying for quick recovery for you. Our love from Silverton OR.

I can only imagine that someday we will all sing before our lead singer, the LORD Jesus Christ with all of creation and the greatest back up band in eternity. Maybe we got a taste of that last night. Thanks for leading such a great worship for our King! Get better, Bart :)

WOW!! What an amazing night of worship! I was with a group from my college and we had just closed out our retreat and were attending the concert as a group and I have to say everyone was just blown away with the concert and the intensity that everyone brought to it. It was an AMAZING night! The Holy Spirit rocked the night! Thank you for all that you do. And Bart I must say that to continue on like you did showed just how humble and Christian of a man you are. A lesser person would have canceled their performance but you know that its all about God and you brought what you had for Him. Thank you!

Your concert was a real blessing. I have been struggling with an RSI injury here for the last 8 months and in my senior year at college had to drop out of school and leave work. I am home praying every day for the Lord’s healing hand. Just wanted to thank you for your talk. I think your talk meant more to me than all the music. When you mentioned giving all we have to Jesus because we realize that without him none of this would be possible. I have changed things in my life since my injury and I can’t wait to get back into the workforce and school so that I can give the glory to God. God took your voice trouble and turned it into a blessing. You had 10,000 people singing, I can only imagine, a song you wrote, that is so cool. God bless you.

I just got up from writing my previous post, walked into the other room and “All of Creation” was playing on the Fish. Coincidence? I think not. God works in mysterious ways, keep blessing people through your music. I know it has helped me through these last 8 rough months.
