Okay, so this one is for all the “gaming” nerds out there……guys like me! My wife and I are expecting our first child in a few weeks and she told me today that she was going to buy me a “dad” gift.
So my question to you all: which is better, the Playstation 3 or the Xbox 360? Which one would you buy and why?
Let the debate begin………

May 19th, 2008 at 10:24 pmReally depends on the types of games you play. I love my xbox for the games, but mostly for xbox live. halo, gears, etc. It’s all awesome.
In my opinion, playstation may have a ton of games, but only 5 of them are good, and 4 of those 5 are available on xbox.

May 20th, 2008 at 10:30 pmdefinetly the wii, it is so much more fun than the others, the only problem is, if your bus is like many others I have seen, the bus is generally not the cleanest of moving homes so there may not be enough room to play the games sometimes…but you can just push stuff to the side

May 20th, 2008 at 10:41 pmThe Wii is very fun for social gaming. As I mentioned, it really depends on the type of gamer you are. If you’re just looking for some social gaming with friends the Wii may be your best choice. If you’re looking for superior graphics, longer games, or different types of games you’ll want to look at the xbox or ps3.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the Wii. It’s one of the greatest systems ever made, but it’s just a completely different style of gaming.

May 20th, 2008 at 11:16 pmPEOPLE !!!! <:O …….

May 21st, 2008 at 10:22 amThe PS3 is a much more powerful machine all around. It can play the new blu-ray movies, free online game play, online browser, store your pictures, music, videos all on the harddrive, sixaxis controller (similar to WII), plus the updates and firmware they can provide will ensure your blu-ray movies and games are always up to date. They can release an update for a game which gives you new maps, guns, game types, and much more. I would have to say get a PS3 mainly because it can just do alot more than just play games, its a entire media center that you can sync to your computer.

May 22nd, 2008 at 10:22 pmI like the controller better on the 360 than the PS3, and I guess its just preference… most everybody I know has a 360, I like the games better!! Nathan has a good point about the blue ray and its more powerful supposedly, but… I would see what games you really want and which system their for…
