It means that some ones faking the full and fully colored hair. Oh, who would do such a thing? I know who, only 90% of all of America. What has this world come to? Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do.
The question is…is it usable? I mean maybe it’s been in there since the 70’s and the long lost hair-color spray was pushed into a back corner and forgotten about. But, if it truly does belong to someone, no names, I’m thinking there’s got to be a newer (as in made in this century), better working, wittier-titled hair color spray. I mean, have they ever heard of hair dye?
