I saw the Afters when they played at a small church in Winnsboro, LA. Right before they released their first album. I loved them then, and I still love their music now.

That singer looks like he just inhaled a bug.

Three dog night, Mama told me not to come! Jeremiah was a bullfrog. Those were the days, not!

Yes Becky those were the days. I remember driving in a VW Bug from FL to NW Montana and Jeremiah was the #1 hit on the radio and the only song we heard anytime we could get a radio station to pull in…Ihate to admit I am still a fan of 3dn.

Last night I was about 15 feet from the stage with my 12-year old son, Seth. We suddenly lost our 17 year old son and brother, Jack David, four weeks ago due to a blood clot that traveled to his lungs. MercyMe music has been a huge comfort to us all, especially “God With Us” and “Jesus – Bring the Rain.” Thank you all for making such beautiful and comforting music. Seth commented that he thought you were talking directly to us in your lead up to “Bring the Rain.” Thanks for reminding us that God uses tragedy to bring glory to His Name. Jack’s death has already brought glory to God as 30 of his friends have since chosen to follow Christ. What a comfort in this hard time. I pray that God will continue to bless you all.

Yes David, I am sorry to hear of your loss but I am so thankful that MercyMe allows God to speak through them. Thank you God.
